Orabo ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

1. What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Orabo:

• Name and email address — when you sign up, use a paid tool, or subscribe to our newsletter.
• Country of origin — to personalise AI-generated reports and checklists.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Orabo never sees or stores your card details.
• Usage data — which tools you use and when, to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Brevo — to send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, report delivery) and our optional weekly newsletter.
• Supabase — to store your account, subscription status, and tool history securely.
• Stripe — to process payments. Stripe's own privacy policy governs payment data.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. AI-generated outputs (checklists, reports, CV reviews) may be retained in anonymised form for service improvement.

4. Your Rights

5. Cookies

Orabo uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by Nigerian data protection law (NDPR) and, where applicable to users in the UK and EU, by GDPR principles.
