What You Get

A milestone roadmap built around your visa pathway

The Migration Timeline Planner generates a personalised milestone sequence for your chosen visa route. It works backwards from your target arrival date to show exactly when each step needs to happen — and whether your plan is realistic before you spend money on applications.

Three steps to your migration roadmap

1

Pick your pathway

Choose from 10 visa routes across Canada, UK, Germany, Ireland, USA, Portugal, Australia, and New Zealand. The planner loads the full milestone sequence for your chosen route.

2

Where are you today

Check off what you already have: passport, English language test, degree, job offer, proof of funds, and medical exam. Completed items are marked done on your roadmap so you only see what still needs to happen.

3

Set your target date

Pick your target arrival month. The planner calculates whether your date is achievable and tells you how many weeks to add if it is not. No guessing, no spreadsheets.

10 visa pathways across 8 countries

Each pathway includes a complete milestone sequence with minimum processing times based on published guidance from IRCC, UKVI, USCIS, and equivalent authorities.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Migration Timeline Planner free?

No. The Migration Timeline Planner is included in Orabo Pro at $12 per month. Pro also includes unlimited visa eligibility checks, cost of living comparison across 4 cities, all-countries take-home pay data, and the full AI-generated document checklist.

Which visa pathways does the planner cover?

Ten pathways across eight countries: Canada Express Entry, UK Skilled Worker Visa, UK Global Talent Visa, EU Blue Card (Germany), Ireland Critical Skills Employment Permit, USA F-1 Student Visa, USA O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visa, Portugal D7 / Digital Nomad Visa, Australia Subclass 190 (Skilled Nominated), and New Zealand Skilled Migrant Category.

How does the target date check work?

The planner works backwards from your target arrival month using the minimum published processing time for your chosen pathway. If your target date is shorter than the minimum required, the tool flags it and tells you exactly how many weeks to add — so you know whether your plan is realistic before you spend money on applications.

What prep items does the planner ask about?

Six readiness items: a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining, an English language test (IELTS or TOEFL), university degree and transcripts, a job offer or employment contract, proof of funds or bank statements, and a medical exam or vaccination records. Items you have already completed are marked as done on your roadmap — so you only see what still needs to happen.
